 How much does this cost?

RSVPhere.com is a free service. But, you do have to sign up. Only registered account users can save their events and start using the system. If you would like to inquire about advertising on the site, please contact us.

Why should I use this site?

Save time- eliminate frustration of manual guest tracking/correspondence.

Save money- you don't need a formally mailed response card if you don't want one, and you save money on postage and envelopes.

Save sanity- collect RSVPs in one place.

Make RSVPing fun-ask questions, share pictures, chat about the event.

I've been asked to RSVP to an event at this site.  How do I log into the event page?

Log in using the unique event ID and secret code printed on your invitation. Your host has set the secret code to be event specific.

I've set up an RSVP page, what do I put on my paper invitation and can I get the word out by email?

Paper Invitations: Require the website address www.rsvphere.com and Event ID and Secret Code

Email Invitations: Require the event link or you can provide the ID and Secret Code

Check out the video of how to get the word out about your event- by invitation and email

I'm a host. How do I access my account?

Log in on the home page at the upper right corner. You will be taken to your administration area. From there, you may manage your RSVPs, customize your events pages, add/subtract links, set "save the date" email reminders, edit comments and access a ... host ... of other functions.

I'm a host and I've created an event page.  Now what???

You can revisit and edit your RSVP event page as often as you'd like.

For hard copy invitations, make sure you write www.rsvphere.com and your unique event ID and Secret Code on your invitation.

For email invitations, click on " copy to clipboard" at your At a Glance Manager and paste the link into an email or online publication, including other websites where you would like to use RSVPhere.com as the RSVP resource.

I have a wedding or event website already.  Can I still use this site???

Sure! Click on "copy to clipboard" at your At a Glance Manager and paste the event link into your other online publication wherever you feel like it should go. Make sure you specify to your guests that this link is where they should RSVP!

Does RSVPhere.com print the invitations?

No. We are your electronic party planning assistant that helps keep you on track with our party planning tools, tips and functions, but we do not print your invitations.

Does RSVPhere.com email the invitations?

No. We provide you a link to the RSVP page for your special event.  You can then go into any email, newsletter or other online publication and paste the link for your guests to click on directly (This can be done in addition to or in lieu of sending out paper invitations with the ID and Secret Code.)

Is my email address shared?

Your email address is shared only with your host or if you choose to respond to other guests' comments on the dedicated event page. We do not sell or provide your email address to any third parties.

I am having trouble with the blog or gallery

You must RSVP either way AND be logged in!

You must have an RSVP account to blog and use the gallery.  Just like other social websites, this protects us from spammers and keeps comments/photos legitimate.

You can create an account at any time using the email address that you use to RSVP to events and it will pull up any events that you have responded to previously. You can then participate in the blog and gallery.

*Note: Hosts have the option to restrict the blog and gallery to the host only, so if you have responded and you are still having trouble, this may be the reason.

I forgot my password:

Choose "Login" in the top right hand corner of the Homepage.  Click on "forgot my password".  The email may go to your SPAM folder in your inbox.  Please check carefully.  You will need to click on the link in the email that is sent to you to reset your password.

I am having trouble clicking on the direct link/accessing the site:

RSVPhere.com performs well in most browsers, however not so well in Internet Explorer version 6. Try opening the site in another browser, or upgrading your browser (you may be having trouble with other sites as well due to this issue).

Also, please consider if you are trying to access it from a corporate location where a firewall may be preventing you access.

If you are clicking on a direct link and nothing is happening, try copy and pasting it into your browser.  Your email/settings may be set up so that this step is required.

What are the "Helpful Links"?

If your host has chosen to display them, the links are to trusted vendors, merchants, lodging, restaurants, means of transportation and information about the local attractions in the city where the event is taking place.

I've got some great photos of the event. Can I share them?

Absolutely! Log in and look for the "Event Gallery" box on the Event page.  You might already see thumbnails of photos that other guests have uploaded. These photos are only viewable by the host and those invited guests with the secret code and unique event ID.

How do I customize my event page?

Begin by choosing a theme from ones we provide. You may then upload a main picture or corporate logo and text that will appear on the page that your invited guests will see. (See the wizard video)

What happens if my guest regrets my invitation?

You will be notified and their information will be saved.  Your guest can still have access to share thoughts through your event page and revisit to check out photos that other guests may post of your event.

Can I cancel an event I am hosting?

At this time our functionality allows you to "close" an event for RSVP's so that no more people can RSVP.

You can also change the details of your event at any time, so you can replace your event details with "This event has been canceled".

You can send a message in the event "reminder email" box that notifies of cancellation.

Or, you can use the emails from the event RSVP list to send an email to your guests at any time. (Just copy the column in the Excel sheet and paste it into your To: box in your email)??You can archive your event so it is removed from your personal dashboard into your archived events.
